Overview
Quick entry to a shop, clinic or workshop when the keys are lost, broken or locked inside, so the day can start on time.
Typical situations
- The last person out locked the only key inside.
- A tenant’s key no longer fits after a lock change.
- An electric strike has failed while locked.
Commercial work starts with authority: we confirm who may approve changes to the premises. After that, the priorities are life-safety hardware, key control and a clear record of what was changed.
Our process
- The technician checks ID and the lease or business licence when needed.
- Non-destructive entry is tried first.
- If a cylinder is damaged we replace it and rekey so old keys stop working.
Pricing factors
- Whether the cylinder or strike must be replaced.
- Travel time and time of day.
- Whether a rekey follows.
- Whether the door is fire-rated or has a panic device.
Prices are discussed by phone before dispatch and confirmed on site before any work begins.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will you drill the lock?
Only if picking and bypass fail. On commercial cylinders drilling is a last step, and we replace the cylinder in the same visit.
Can you rekey the locks after the lockout?
Yes. If keys were lost the safe move is to rekey the affected doors so the missing keys stop working.
