Welcome to iProtect Locksmith. By accessing our website or booking our mobile locksmith services in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Authorization & Ownership Verification

For safety and security reasons, our locksmiths require proof of ownership or legal tenancy before performing lockout services, lock rekeying, or lock replacement on any property or vehicle. We reserve the right to refuse service if ownership cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

2. Pricing & Service Call Fee

Any applicable service call fee, labour, parts, hardware, taxes, and after-hours charges will be explained before dispatch. You approve the applicable work and pricing before the technician begins.

3. Non-Destructive Entry

Our technicians always attempt non-destructive bypass techniques (such as lock picking or lock shimming) first. However, depending on the condition, age, and security grade of the hardware, drilling or other destructive methods may be necessary. We will discuss this with you before altering any hardware.

4. Warranty Terms

Any warranty that applies to labour or installed hardware will be stated in the written estimate, work order, receipt, or manufacturer documentation for that job. Coverage can vary by service and product; ask for the applicable terms before approving work.

5. Cancellations

For scheduled services, cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance. For emergency dispatch, cancellations made after a technician has been dispatched may be subject to a dispatch fee.
